Who (under 21): Skaters under the age of 21, who have passed their Pre-Preliminary Moves in the Field (MIF) Test.
Who (18+): Skaters over the age of 18 who have passed their Juvenile or Adult Gold MIF are eligible to skate on the Adult team
What: Drop into one of our synchro practices to see what synchro is all about! Team coach approval required prior to drop in.
Where: We currently practice at Highland Ice Arena (Shoreline) and Kingsgate Ice Arena (Kirkland).

The Washington Ice Emeralds are always looking to expand our synchro community. There is an open invitation to any skater meeting the qualifications above to practice with one of the WIESSO teams.
