Adult III (Adult Intro)
This team is a great option for adult skaters (Basic 5+) who are building confidence on ice and want to try synchronized skating, are excited to perform in local exhibitions, or are unable to tackle the time commitment of the other adult teams.
Skaters should be comfortable skating forwards, able to turn forwards to backwards on one or two feet while maintaining speed and flow, and able to skate backwards using crossovers.
Open Masters
This team is about building our synchro skills towards our greater aspirations and sharing camaraderie. The team performs in local exhibitions and competes in British Columbia, Canada. They have historically competed at the Masters and Adult III (Canada) levels.
Skaters should be comfortable skating backwards with speed and able to perform 3-turns and mohawks (including 8 step mohawk sequence) at that speed while maintaining flow. Skaters should be working on Adult Silver+ Skating Skills (MIF) test or have team coach permission.
Masters
This team is made up of skaters from various skating backgrounds, some who had life take them off the ice as they relocated, families grew, or work became a focus. We love providing a welcoming community back onto the ice in the Seattle area! The team typically competes in two competitions a season and performs in local exhibitions. They have historically competed at the Adult, Open Adult, and Adult II (Canada) levels and this upcoming season are planning to compete at Masters.
Skaters are very comfortable with difficult turns (brackets, rockers, twizzles, etc.) at high speed on all edges, feet, and skating directions. Skaters should generate quick and controlled power using connecting steps. Average test is Pre-Gold Skating Skills (Junior MIF). Coach permission required.
Not Sure Which?
We’re always looking for more skaters who are interested in joining one of our teams! Please reach out to our coaches for more information on joining!
